We Hope You Will Be Highly Satisfied With Any Product Purchased But If You Wish To Return An Item Then We Aim To Make It As Quick And Convenient As Possible.

If You Change Your Mind...

Everything We Sell Online Is Covered Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation And Additional Charges) Regulations By A 14 day Cooling Off Period. Just Notify Us That You Wish To Return The Item(s) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt. The Items Must Be Returned In The Original Packaging, In An Unused, Saleable Condition And We'll Give You A Refund Or Exchange.

You Can Choose To Either Organise Your Own Return, At Your Own Cost And Risk, Or Request A Collection Using Our Collection Service Which Incurs A Charge.

We Are Only Able To Collect Items From The UK Mainland.

Refund Procedure
We Will Initiate The Refund, Replacement Or Exchange Process Once We Have Been Notified Of Your Request. If We Have Arranged The Collection On Your Behalf, We Will Issue A Refund Less The Applicable Collection Charges Back To The Same Payment Method Used When Placing The Order.
Any Refunds Due Will Be Processed Within 14 Days By Baby Travel Ltd As Per Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation And Additional Charges) Regulations.

If There Is An Issue With Your Product Purchased?
If You Received An Item That Was Damaged In Transit Or Displaying A Manufacturing Fault We Will Request You To Send Us Images Or A Short Video Of The Issue So We Can Identify Correctly The Next Step/Action, Spares Parts Parts Will Be Sent Immediately If Applicable, We Will Send The Replacement Parts With Our Fastest Delivery Method 1-3 Working Days, In Most Cases This Service Is Overnight However Please Allow Up To 3 Working Days. In Addition If We Are Unable To Provide With Spare Parts, We Will Collect Free Of Charge* And Replace Immediately Any Product Over 5 Kg Purchased From Baby Travel Within The First 28 Days Of Purchase Only (please Note That The Collection Does Not Apply If The Buyer Simply Wants To Cancel The Purchase Agreement (in Such Circumstances The Buyer Must Return The Product In Original Condition And Packaging At Own Cost).

  • Reason For Return (Clear Explanation In Written Letter Enclosed)
  • Order Id (Date Of Purchase)
  • Buyer's Address & Return Re-Delivery Address (If Applicable)

Additional Fees:

  • Delivery Charges Are Not Refundable For Failed Deliveries, Unwanted Items, False Claims & Accidental Damages Unless Signed Clearly "Box Damaged" Or Reported To Us Within 48 Hours Of Receipt.
  • Refused parcels are charged delivery fee and return fee. The courier will return the product at our distribution centre and will add a fee of £ 11.00 if the delivery was refused or no reply received by the recipient. A delivery fee will apply also, for small parcels or products with value under £ 50.00 the return fee is £ 3.50. For products with value above £ 50.01 delivery cost of £ 7.95 (per box will apply)
  • Collection Charges Are Not Refundable For Unwanted Items, False Claims & Accidental Damages Unless Proved Otherwise By The Customer. (Following Verification By Our Service Centre)
